From Banking to Building Dreams

Mr. Walia began his career in Mohali, initially making his mark in the banking industry, managing personal and business loans across Chandigarh and Patiala.

A turning point came in 2008 during the global financial downturn, when a personal real estate loss pushed him to learn the industry thoroughly — not just for himself, but to protect others from making the same mistakes.

“I didn’t want anyone else to face what I did. So I immersed myself in learning the business thoroughly — and then stepped into it with confidence.”

By 2010, he entered real estate professionally. In 2018, he launched Real Homes, founded on the promise of trust, knowledge, and transparency.
